Project Challenges
Sharing space with other contractors during renovation of a high rise building. Working in a busy downtown area on a major intersection. Understanding how to work with an out of town General contractor who wasn’t familiar with the Detroit area.
Project Solutions
Reagan Mechanical pre-fabricated duct work and piping before delivery to the job site. After hours and weekends work was required to fabricate, deliver, and stage materials on each floor to avoid congestion.
Reagan Mechanical advised the client on value engineering related to the floor heating system. Reagan Mechanical's constructable solutions helped build trust and were delivered in manor that maintained a positive working relationship.
